Booking & Cancellation Policy

  • To secure your appointment, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
    The remaining balance must be paid via bank transfer 48 hours before my arrival.
  • Deposits are refundable if I am unable to provide the booked service, with refunds processed within 10 days.
  • Your appointment date and time will be confirmed once the deposit is received. All bookings are valid for up to 10 months from the original date.
  • In case of government restrictions or lockdowns, your deposit can be transferred to a new date, subject to availability.
  • Photos and videos may be taken during and after your appointment for content and promotional purposes on our website and Instagram page @funkesglam.
  • If you prefer not to have any images/videos taken, please let me know before finalising your booking.
  • Please note: Deposits are transferable but non-refundable.
